Most items in this store are instant downloads. Just put them in your shopping cart then validate your order and proceed to payment.
You will immediately receive an email containing the links to the files to download.
Regarding physical objects, they will be sent to you within 3 days of your order by registered mail for France and by parcel for other destinations.

Digital download items cannot be returned or refunded.
For physical items, I accept returns and exchanges without problem. Contact me within 3 days of delivery and return the items within 7 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
